I assume it is in a gasoline container. Many auto repair places accept oil, but I do not know about gasoline, it may be too flammable for them to handle safely.

If I owned ICE lawn equipment I would hesitate to use old fuel. They require enough maintenance without that.

I guess I would call a number on hazardous waste removal/disposal. Most counties have them.
