Shelagh,

You got some good advice here. Also, since you are coming all the way from Vancouver (I think I read that in a prior post), 3 days is way too short for such a long flight.

If you are really looking to buy (now or later) I would spend a lot of time on TV website at the floor plans and virtual tours of the homes - new and resale. I would also try realtor.com under 32162 zip code to see the lisitngs not handled by TV.

Lastly, if you are unsure if you would like a "home" vs. a "villa" I would ask the lifestyles coordinator if you can split up your time between the two. It will be a bit of a hassle, but for us it really helped us decide.
