Why is everyone so negative about snowbirds? Many of these people own homes, pay taxes, bonds, and amenity fees like everyone else. If they were there year around would that make some happier? Then you'd have all that increased traffic year around. Furthermore, many villagers profit from their rental properties that they rent to "snowbirds". So again, why so many Villagers have a negative position towards snowbirds is beyond me.
