Default Homeowners Ins for rental
Hi everyone. We recently purchased a home in TV. Our timeline for moving was pushed out. Rather than to have a vacant home, we are going to rent the house. My issue is , my insurance company does not insure leases less then 12 months. I do not want to list it until I have secured proper insurance.

Does anyone have a rental and what insurance company do you recommend?
