If you want a top notch washer and dryer, Speed Queen is the only brand out there made to last forever. Yes, they are a little pricier than what you might buy at Home Depot or Lowe's, but you won't be replacing it in 5-7 years either, and you won't ever find this brand at a Home Depot or Lowe's either because they are too reliable. Big Box stores are only going to sell you something you'll be replacing in 5 - 7 years. And please stay away from Samsung's... worst washer and dryer products on the market. I am amazed at the number of people who think they're getting a bargain when they go to Home Depot or Lowe's to buy a washer or dryer.
