Default hair salons
Can anyone recommend a good hair stylist in the area who charges under $30 for a wash, cut & blow dry? I have short, fine, slightly wavy hair. I appreciate that stylists have to make a living & I always tip 20% (which according to tipping etiquette is the "at least" figure). Thanks.
