The 85% that I saw on TV for Connecticut may (?) have been for........those that have the POSSIBILITY of vaccination - which would LEAVE OUT the 18% of children that are ineligible for the vaccine. I try NOT to concern myself with small DETAILS because that causes people to miss the big picture. Which in this particular case is that Connecticut has done a BETTER public health job than Florida, Alabama, and Texas! And one can INFER from those facts as to which state has the SUPERIOR LEADERSHIP. To put it SIMPLY.......Florida = BAD.......Connecticut = GOOD. There - no more confusion!
Now, as to the GREAT April or May controversy (or whatever month).......the BIG PICTURE here is that the great UNITED STATES failed and FAILED miserably at its # 1 priority - which is to protect its citizens. That failure started L O N G before April 2020.
The point is that the US COULD have had a much quicker and better response to the CV Pandemic. We had the tools. We did NOT have the 100% conviction of willpower to accomplish the purpose. The end results are that MANY typical citizens (such as the topic of this thread) are in a tizzy of chaos and confusion about the future of our once-great country. Many comments like, " will the dollar be worthless" and "should I hoard food" come about BECAUSE there is no longer faith in the whole FABRIC of democracy and US Democracy. We will have to find a way to end the confusion and answer those questions or we can just have to kiss Democracy goodbye!
