I had the Nova whole home water filtration system added to the first home I bought here and it took the chlorine-tasting water coming into our house and made it the best tasting water I've ever had in a home. When we bought a different home, having Nova come by and add the same system was one of the first things we did. I'm not convinced a water softener is really needed here though I know some folks feel otherwise. If their water softener is as good as their water filtration system, it would be the first one I would consider were I to change my mind about the need.
