I'm glad your story had a happy ending and the situation was resolved. But I'm suspicious because of similar problems recurring in TV many with no resolution or identified cause. Is there willful ignorance on their part, especially with those who pay with automatic payments? It seems like a racket to me, similar to law firms illegal practice of overbilling. They hope you won't notice!
