Well for one if you want to be petty...We are
much admired...We are thought to have a place that is beautiful and sought after and more valuable each day. We live in the area that has the highest credit rating and lowest crime and have the availability to join others in all kinds of fun endeavors or stay home and enjoy the beauty and safety and weather.
A home in our Village was on the market for two hours a couple months ago. One just was listed for 2.8 million that sold for 800k ten years ago when it was built.
I like that the values of property is going up. A very good investment.
