This is nonsense. How can you achieve herd immunity when the virus, in less than a year, has already begun to breakthrough vaccine immunity in large numbers?

Even if we managed to get to herd immunity in the USA, how you going to manage to vaccinate the other 7.5 Billion people on earth?
