There is one complaint on BBB, where the customer said that they contacted the business several times about a problem, but they didn't return their calls. I take those types of complaints very seriously, and probably would not hire them because of that one complaint. You can have a difference of opinion, but I will fire a company in a minute who won't return calls. I was in business, and I always returned calls from customers.
Also, if you hire someone to do the work, or any work, do not pay them any money in advance. Many Villagers have been ripped off by not following that advice.
