Default Are the proposed Apartments at Hacienda and 2nd-floor at Spanish Springs for Seniors?
I am new to the villages and trying to learn about the different areas. I keep hearing about a proposal to rent the upper floor(s) at Spanish Springs for apartments and also that Hacienda Country Club has been tore down for proposed apartments.

I'm curious to know if these are for Seniors 55+ or if these are proposed for any age renters.
