Invisible fencing is allowed in The Village of Amelia. We have several neighbors who have used it and it works very well for them. Once the dogs are trained they remove the training collars and the dogs remain in the invisibly fenced area. I personally would still need to be outside with my dogs but this would certainly give them more freedom to run and play.
