I guess my response would be -
how do you know? Since our first stay about 6 years ago, there weren't even rumors of them going so far south either. In fact, I recall a number of threads talking about the short time between announcing jumping the toll road and the time it took them to start scraping dirt and putting in utilities down there.

Again, there are lots of posts on TOTV pointing out how the actual number of golf holes, per resident/rooftop, has dropped in the last few years. In high demand areas anywhere, land will always be more valuable as homesites - than as golf holes. BUT, I hope you're correct.
