I had motor go bad.
It cost me after hours charge of $85.00 (it was 6 p.m.) just to come and say: "Yep your motor is shot."
I had them order a new motor installed 4 weeks later at 11:00 a.m. and still got charge

We talked about the motor before the purchase. I specified a heavy duty motor which was available.
Going strong since 2008 installation.
The track needs to be cleaned and sprayed with dry silicone for optimum performance and longevity.....which I do religiously every 3-4 months.
