As you all know Google Yahoo AOL use cookies to decide which ads to serve you, which some people may like but is really a very big privacy concern of many people. Well Google has decided for at least 3 years to continue using the same system that will invade your privacy. As an example late last night I was looking up information about e-commerce websites. Lo and behold this morning just 3 hours later on this very blog I am being served information and ads and concerning the very subject.
Now this might be an innocuous thing for most people but let's take the scenario of a wife whose husband beats her up, and she is searching for a divorce lawyer on the one computer they both have. Now the husband uses a computer a day later and is inundated with ads about divorce lawyers, pretty scary right?

By the way this is the same reason the public library doesn't let me pick up books for my wife, true story.

I've been using another web browser that is simple to install called duck duck.

It does a pretty good job accepting what I want to go looking for a maps or shopping and then I'd have to go back to Google. By the way Android phones all use Google software and they will follow you forever as well as possibly advertisers know exactly your location. I understand that people that have Apple phones don't have these problems maybe I can hear from some of these people even though I think their products are way overpriced
