The Israeli Phizer study showed that the effectivenes declines by about 1 to 1.5% for each of the 6 months that was studied. Slope of the curve after that is unknown, since the vaccine has not been around longer. So if the initial effectiveness is 95% (regardless of when you got jabbed), the effectiveness after 6 months may have declined to 87%. Speculation is that the Moderna vaccine will follow a similar effectiveness decay curve, since it's also based on mRNA technology.

PS Israel is way ahead of us in vax rates. For abuot a month now, they have been recommending booster shots for ALL those over 55 who have had their first series more than 6 months ago.
