If you have a smart tv you can download the locast app. It's also available on Roku and Firestick. Locast is free but there are ads. You can pay $5.50/month to remove the ads and help support them.
The ads don't run when it's usually a commercial during a show or sporting event. They can pop up any time, like during sudden death overtime in a stanley cup playoff game. I watch the locals using Youtube TV to avoid that scenario.
