Actually Steve the report was not even stamped Classified- that's why I think both it and the 2001 Bush-DOE reports were nothing more than political hack jobs- sort of an in your face Mein Kampf by some overeager underling trying to prove to his party that he's willing to get in the m ud.

This gives plausible denialibility to anyone with real power, but still generates controversy and sound bites- ala how many weblogs, like this one, are spending time on it rather than discussing issues that matter.
