Is leaving a few hundred behind an accomplishment.
The measure is leaving no one behind....there is NO EXCUSE for it. NONE!
Leaving the dogs? Totally unacceptable!
Leaving tactical equipment operable? Really?
Not in the service many of us served in!!!
