"Burned" by Superior Lawn Service
Just a warning to others - Lawn tech "Jason" messed up big time treating our lawn. He is no longer with Superior. The experienced lawn tech "Todd" was brought in to fix it. Two weeks later, he is not with the company. Most of the time the 1-800 number just rings with no answer or voice mail option. When I finally got through to a human, I asked for a refund of unused months. She refused. I said this could be a good story if I could tell people you refunded my unused months and let me move on to another company. "Vanessa" replied, I guess it will be a bad story. No refunds.
I still canceled the service, but learned not to pay in advance for lawn care.
Go easy on the "I told you so's", I'm just relaying my particular experience for newbies.
