It's not hard to find the ratio, just look at closed businesses versus open businesses. As an example breakfast station and Perkins in Leesburg are both busy and I've had excellent service from waitstaff that have been there for years. In fact at Perkins there is one waitress working there 20 plus years that I have been served for 20 plus years. Go right down the road to Burger King and you'll find that it's closed. I've also gone there for many years and I've noticed workers stay in average of 4 weeks.
