Of all the "negatives" cited about TV realtors, I don't see any that don't apply to MLS realtors as well. They ALL want a quick sale, all want you to price it low, etc., etc.. Both TV and MLS agents have their "points." Through whom did you purchase your home in the first place? That may be a good place to start. Do your own homework.
