I think you can take it as a PG13 rating as in the movies. Do I have a problem with it? No. But if they try to change, and rewrite history and pander to the pansies, then I have a problem with it (ie... the removal and destruction of statues)

It certainly, if you read, applies to all United States history, as I noted in the controversy in 2016 where revisions were made first to stay away from politics, then subsequently to add some of what was revised to assure accuracy.
