My realtor is a very dear friend (I know...huge mistake! I felt sorry for her cause she needed the money...another big mistake lol). Yep...the back burner is absolutely correct. I was nice about it, but told her I wanted a Realtor Open House (which she didnt want to do...but is next week lol), and an Open House, and to advertise in NYC, L.I. CT. etc. She wanted me to sign a six month contract but I said no (nicely lol), only 3 months, and if it wasnt sold in three months I was going to try someone else. It must be my age lol, cause I am a softy too.
