Singapore started boosters for over 60 yesterday. Vaccine is waning, facemasks not working, especially against Delta.

Singapore: 80% vaccinated and 91% mask compliance. Gotta love the comments that say "if only we could do this or that, be like so and so, then we could beat the virus.
