I agree. I cannot find any requirement for a state or county business license to sell gate cards to individuals in The Villages. The OP claims that Tri Line Services has a Florida business license, but searches of the business name and owner's name on the Florida license lookup website do not show any license. I would assume that all of the people referred to on this thread are operating legally, unless proven otherwise. I don't think it's fair to claim that any of the recommended businesses are not operating legally unless there is some proof.
