Pretty sure that's everyone around here, even The Villages subcontracts 100% of their work... they only have supervisors. Advanced built our golf cart garage and did a great job. Could not tell it wasn't original and they didn't rip us off like other contractors we've heard about. Our friends in Chitty Chatty are having Advanced build their pool for them, it's only a concrete shell so far, but they seem happy. I would call the building department and ask? They might be able to tell you who else to consider. I can't imagine waiting until 2023!
