Although it was 3 years ago I got my gate card and ID card and "Welcome info" packet all in the office after the forever going out of business Van Heusen 2 doors to the LEFT of Starbucks in LSL and not in the office "upstairs" in the "alley" next to Starbucks. I believe the "upstairs" office is the business office. Of course things could have changed in 3 years.
