You are supposed to turn left or right on Parr Drive but I guess my fellow residents don't read signs when in golf carts!!!
The fine is about $85 to $100 and I hope to see one of these traffic law breakers get one of those fines one day.
Also on Parr Drive, cars pass the golf carts even when there is a double line in the middle of the road! Are Florida traffic laws different than the rest of the USA??? I don't think so !!!! Guess when some folks retire they retire from obeying the laws of traffic as well as retirement from work.  |
When that double line was first painted, there were a lot of folks got a ticket for crossing. There was a deputy posted in that area for weeks. Now the line is not a double on the west half of Parr but still down near the curve.
Just like all over the country not enough cops to take care of all the bad guys ( & gals)
