Why do you think you can only learn many things from mid 60s to 80s? Did you wait to change eating habits, exercise differently during those 20 years?
I have been pretty satisfied with all I learned At 60, not sure there is anything That could improve on in the next 20 years. As far as health issues such as cancer or cardiac, many have had those learned lessons in their 30s and 40s.
