Liveable????? $15/hr = 30K/yr---and that is a one income family, most in that category will have 2 workers.
Here are the federal poverty line guidelines for 2021 with size of family in left column:
1 $12,880
2 $17,420
3 $21,960
4 $26,500
So 30+K/yr is certainly "liveable"
