We actually watched (and silently cheered) as a Lady Lake LEO issued a ticket for just that to a guy who parked his golf cart in front of Chicken Salad Chick a few months back and just left it. We were sitting outside having lunch at the time. I was really surprised to see that as was the golf cart owner as he came out from wherever he was as the ticket was being written. He obviously tried everything to get him to stop the ticket but they just don't do that. Maybe if he offered the LEO a scoop of Fancy Nancy with a side of potato soup it may have worked.
Great chicken salad by the way if you haven't tried it.
