Most people ARE honest and would NOT think of doing something like that. But, 100% of all people are NOT honest and I have known many, personally - they tend to brag about their dishonesty for SOME (?) reason. They say their should-be "quiet" part out loud! Also, when money can be made........SOME will make it.
