In America, it is NOT a responsibility to give back when you succeed. Most DO give back in some manner, but it is NOT a responsibility. Where do these folks get that idea that the wealthy MUST give away their money. Don't get me wrong, it is the wealthy that do give away great sums of money, but they are under no obligation. Since the wealthy pay 90% of the taxes in America, I find it amazing that those that pay no taxes think that the wealthy do not pay enough.
