I don't think you will find an attorney who will "update" an existing trust or will. They will want to create a new document. You probably only need to get a new will in Florida. The trust document should be enforceable in any state because it never becomes a public document unless someone takes the trustee to court to contest it. I would suggest talking to Amy Pittman about any estate planning. A lot of Villagers have used her.
