Since golf carts are limited by law to 20mph and LSVs to 25mph those would be effective speed limits.

There are no speed limits for bicycles though there are probably few that would travel that fast on the MMP.

There was an opinion from a few years ago that since the MMPs are on CDD property and since the CDD has no enforcement authority, no speed limit can be enforced on the MMPs.

One question I don't recall seeing a good answer for: If a LEO determines your unlicensed golf cart is traveling faster than 20mph can he ticket you for having an unlicensed LSV? That is the main thing I would worry about.
