OK, I grew up in Kansas, ending up in Houston for last 20 years. What is roast beef or corned beef
hash? Why would you put an egg on top of it?
Now, when I have leftover roast beef
(never have made corned beef). I will take the leftover meat & potatoes
(always add a few extra when making), chop everything up and fry it in a pan.
When I was a kid, we would add ketchup. Hubby freaks when I get the ketchup out, so eat it plain.
What is the best 'hash' and why????
