we looked over there, having been in Florida for close to 20 years here's what I can tell you about the location.

Yes you can hear the hum of the turnpike, sometimes louder sometimes softer. What you are missing is all the rest, the most important is that when an accident happens on that turnpike it's a parking lot. While those accidents aren't every day like I-4 they aren't so few either. So the day when a tanker flips over anyone in that area is not going to be all that happy.
