We had Massey last year do the lawn. Will never do that again. payed 400.00 for nothing. Grass was always brown, didnt grow good. Then I had to argue with them over the Core Aeration that they did. Left a note on my door they did the Aeration. I called them and told them no plugs in the yard and I could not tell that it was even done. Lady told me that it was done, I had to tell them to send a super over. He showed up and said I was right. He called the office, they said oh they did the wrong house it was their mistake. It was a fight.
Make a long story short, they are out, we do our own. Every 2 - 3 months use Scotts Southern Weed and Feed. Grass grows green and thick. Do your own. Dont pay a company to do it. You will get better results!!!!! It said to put the spreader on 3.5 I put it on 4.5 and let it roll around the yard. Does a great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
