Storing stuff up there. It is not climate controlled-hot. Also, the floor is designed for limited weight. I'm sure the villages offices can tell you how much it is designed to hold.
100% agree, and with the intense heat of the summer I wouldn't put anything that would be ruined in short order up there. I'll get a 'decent' ladder rated for at least 300-350 pounds and keep a few mostly lighter weight metal or wood items up there and will likely get an air conditioned storage unit for seasonal decorations, etc.
