I cannot help with this particular product, but I have dealt with Spa Kingdom and Maxx spas, the one we currently have was purchased 12/2013 and is still in perfect condition with the only maintenance being to replace a few of the jets.
On a side note, you will need 2 permits, one is a spa permit and on is the electrical permit, be sure your installer gets BOTH permits I got burned on this.
