Maybe, breaking it down by age group is another criterion,
Spanish Springs has older residents .
Lake Sumter Landing bit younger.
Brownwood younger again.
Fenney is (will be?) youngest.
Not a rule set in stone, but a guideline.
It's Walmart! The "riff-raff" have been there for 50 years
