Saw Al and Rose on their lanai this morning and gave them a shout-out welcome.
They said they were "taking 5". I told them to take their time getting settled. It will all happen in good time.
Their Sutton Terrace neighbors may not realize they are the actual new neighbors because you've had renters in and out for the past few months. I mentioned their arrival to a Sutton resident, so I'm sure the word will soon spread that Al and Rose are here to stay!
