It's called capitalism folks and you have every right to spend all of your extra money from the 100% markup in the stock market over the last 4 years. However I will say I'm extremely upset at the general inflation rate. My son is trying to buy a home and those have gone up 100% literally in one year where he is looking. The average price is $600 to $800 per square foot for used homes.
