It’s the fault of the first assistant director and the armorer PERIOD. Just because you don’t like Alec Baldwin’s politics, doesn’t make him responsible. The actor who pulled trigger and killed Brandon Lee is certainly walking around free and so is the prop master/armorer who failed to check that gun. That was before the first AD was in charge of safety. Used to be the key grip.
