THAT BEING SAID. Rudeness is not unique to TV. It's far worse in the other cities in Florida. I lived in one 14 years. FAR worse

I also agree that you shouldn't be doing loading in what is clear a pedestrian and shopping cart area in front of the grocery store. that in and of itself is sorta rude. Is it too difficult to push your cart to your car?
I see this happen a lot when it's pouring down rain.
