We had a roofer say our roof needed to be replaced and our insurance adjuster came and said yup,
you need a new roof and they cut me a check for $12,000.
Guess how much my roofer charge me to replace my three year old roof, yep, $12,000 to the penny.
That roofer screwed me though my Insurance Co.
