Try calling and get a former telemarketer on the line. They talk and don't listen. This chick must have been a parrot in a former life. All she does is constantly repeat herself. Changing to Spectrum. Poor customer service.

Don’t know how much TV your family watches. Personally I would go back to an antenna. When we lived there we got 46 channels on it. Unless there’s some special channel you like. Also no cable bills. Where we live now our cable TV is FREE, get over 200 channels. For $5.00 a month I can get movie channels & about anything else you want. Just a suggestion!
